  • I enclose a non-refundable deposit of being 25% of the total holiday rental (or the total cost of the holiday rental if the booking is made within eight weeks of the commencement of the holiday.)
  • N.B. Subject to clause 5 of the terms and conditions the deposit is non-refundable and you are recommended to take out comprehensive travel insurance with a cancellation cover which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.
